Dr. B.G. Nagavi

Dr. Nagavi is Founder CEO & Senior Consultant of Higher education Skill Development and Research (HESDAR) Center, Mysuru, Karnataka since Sept. 2017.
From Jan 2007 to Aug. 2017 (11 years), Dr. Nagavi was working as Professor and founding Dean, RAK College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, RAK Medical & Health Sciences University, RAK, UAE. Arranged for site visit for CAA, equivalent to NBA/NAAC where American experts review the college & give feedback Established JSS community Pharmacy in 2003 in Mysuru and developed academic based comprehensive Community pharmacy program. Served for 22 years from 1985 ti 2007 as Principal JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysuru.
Guided 40 PG’s and 05 Ph.D.’s.
Member of Board Directors of Asian Association of schools of pharmacy (2005-2007). He was also ExCom member (2005-2007) of Academic Section of International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP).
Vice president of Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA) from 2000 to 2006.
Editor of Indian Journal of Pharmacy Education and Research (IJPER) from 1997 to 2007.
About 70 national and 13 international publications Addressed around 20 international and more than 125 national level conferences and meetings and travelled around the globe.
Recipient of Distinguished Teacher Award of Assoc. of Pharm Teachers of India (APTI) in 1998 and has a Patent and Trade mark registration to his credit.

His expertise is grounded in software engineering and business process outsourcing that he has successfully delivered to customers for over 12 years.
Kalpesh is recognized in the software industry for his design and development of an innovative analysis tool for sizing & calculating the cost and effort of migrating Lotus Notes to Share Point.
Kalpesh established a cross-platform mobile development practice and created a structured methodology and tools to build applications for different mobile platforms with the same code base.
The leading international & Indian organizations that have benefitted from his business & technical skills and experience include – Synopsis, SONY, Home Depot, Coca Cola and UAE.
He is widely recognized for the successful design, development of start-up business venture software & products in the hospitality, communications, fashion and entertainment industries.
Kalpesh earned BE in E&C from University of Mysuru & has been awarded the “Udyog Ratan” award by Institute of Economic Studies, New Delhi, India.
